They have a new seamstress; she is the best I've seen in Chico. Made my garments look factory. I have been coming here for years, and she better than the previous owner. The previous owner was good, but sloppy. Please go see Mrs Hong at 3rd Generation Cleaners for your alteration needs. Can't recommend them enough.

I've not experienced better service or customer communication in larger markets such as LA or NYC. Kaya @ 3rd Generation helped me out of a serious jam - I arrive in Chico to discover that my suit for a wedding was trashed. It was a Saturday.
